I love the flat eyeliner pencil BUT...the instructions for using this sharpener are easy to overlook and very confusing. The sharpener eats away the wood and the liner and I end up screaming in frustration. Please put usable instructions within easy access of your customers.

What a dissapointment, it ruined my new eye pencil. I couldn't even get my eye pencil to stay in the thing. Don't waste your money!!!!
