I live in the tropics where one is 'oily' most of the time. This eye and lip liner works better than all I have tried, including the high end beauty brands. To prevent the little smudging that can occur on application, I lightly powder over the eye liner with eyeshadow. This also softens the look of one's eyes and one is good to go all day. As a bonus, this product is relatively inexpensive.
