I'm not sure if the other reviewer clicked the bottom of the pen, which is the way this is supposed to work. Regardless, it takes dozens of clicks to get the liquid shadow flowing, and it takes a long, long time to get all the way into the brush at top. And then it just won't stop coming, and you have yourself a fine mess. This would be fine if I decided on Thursday what color eyeshadow I wanted to wear on Friday, but I don't roll that way. More useless "technology."

It is designed as a pen with a brush for application @ the tip. Unable to get liquid shadow onto brush to apply. Dissappointed.
