I've been using this product for years! It goes on smoothly and doesn't smudge for hours. I love it! If the color doesn't stay on your lid, it could be that your lid is too dry. Try using a little hand lotion or Vaseline to smooth it on. I wear hard contacts, so I have to be careful not to push too hard on my eyelid. It always goes on great. I especially like the navy and the dark green colors, as they are hard to find.

Guess I should've figured by the price, but I was still surprised by the uselessness of this eyeliner. Picture trying to rub a hard crayon across your lid - that's what it felt like, and oh yeah, no color appeared. Unbelievably bad product - should be taken off the market.
