I found styli-style products many years ago & used to be able to buy them at Harmon's and a few other stores. Then, all of a sudden, I couldn't find the colors I wanted, so I turned to the internet. Low and behold I have just reordered, and have not run into any issues yet. I have had many issues in the past with eye make-ups claiming to be waterproof only to end up looking like a raccoon by the end of the day. BUT Styli-style stays put better than any other eyeliner I have used yet. I also wear contac lenses and occasionally have watery eyes from allergies; yet overall this product has not let me down. I don't know what I would do without it! I only wish I could find it in a local store and test out colors I'm unsure of so I can find new colors to use. Anyway, I'm not sure why others are having such an issue with it but I have no complaints to date.
