Item not available, not back-ordered Apr 22, 2009
By Auntie Em I ordered 2 colors but this one (Eternity) was not available. Instead of back-ordering, the company cancelled this part of the order but the other color (Heavenly) came as promised. It made me a little mad because the shipping costs were high and practically the same for 1 or 2 items, so I ended up paying alot more for 1 lipstick than I planned. Nevertheless, this is a great line of lipsticks and still a good value for the price.
