Good for normal/dry skin but not for oily Feb 28, 2008
By Mary Nisthal I tested this on my hand and waited for a couple of minutes to dry. I rubbed it really hard after and only small amount transferred on my finger. When I applied it on my eyelids, small amount of it transferred to my higher part of my eyelids after a few hours when my eyelids started getting oily. I dont have a bad case of oily lids but Im asian and the upper folds of my eyelids touches the lower part where the eyelashes grow.
I believe that if you dont have eyelids like mine and are not oily this product is perfect. Definitely waterproof but not just against oil. This product is easily removed by oil-base eye make-up remover.
