Great Eyeliner Jun 18, 2008
By C Tab This is a great eyeliner for the price. It stays put practically all day. I was having trouble using other eyeliners on my waterline because they tend to fade, wash off, and run but this one really does stay put. One drawback is the longer you wear it, the liner has a tendency to flake in some areas. Other than that it's a great liner.
