beautiful eyeliner-nearly perfect Jul 15, 2009
By Moriah THIs is my all time favorite eyeliner, its lasts all day and this navy black color is simply beautiful, its dark enough to be very dramatic and much more flattering than plain ole black. I Love this ! it does last all day without smudging and is definatly waterproof.
